This is actually just kind of a survey. Iam interested when do you take your AM Shakes and if which modifications do you make.I myself (on CNS) drink the first shake right after getting up. The second one i usually take 2 hours later but i dont track time i just take it when i have time or feel like it. I only very rarely drink a third one. I use the standart receipe but i use two tablespoons of MCT since i seem to be able to manage the amount in the stomach.
I have one one- two hours after I get up and then another 2 hours later without the protein Just Coco milk and HWC I don't put the mct in it I take it by mouth 1/2 -1/2 Sometimes if I don't have that 2nd one ill just have one before my workout So total 2 coffees 🙂Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free

I have it generally around the 12 mark of fasting, and 2-2h30 before my first meal. 7-10g whey isolate + 7-10g "fats" + 3g creatine + coffeeFats could be : CO - CO/butter or CO/fish oil (separatly), or coconut cream too.
