I like to wake up have coffee/mct around 8am then around 10:30am have two slices of bacon. I figure the animal fats will keep ketones going. Also this will keep me from getting hungry until a 1pm lunch. Also helps me meet my pre-workout fat requirement since I eat grilled chicken breasts for lunch.
I could do that .. I just was hoping that the bacon won't curb fat burning in the morning. I can have 1 extra slice with my chicken. I usually have chicken w/spinach + butter for the fat. or Chicken with a salad and oil.
