    Do I need creatine if I'm not trying to pack on more muscle? All I wanna do is lean. And I feel like I'm having troubled dropping weight as it is. Almost 4 weeks in and I feel like my weight loss has stalled though I'm still losing inches.Gonna cut out the Xtend and add some nicotine upon waking for my AM workout and see how that goes. All this tweaking is exhausting. lol.

    Ann. I have used Xtend for at least the last 2 years, while both losing weight and gaining weight on CBL. I dont think its going to hurt you (and will likely help) if you use it during and after workouts.

    So much conflicting info. I guess I'll use it PWO and not completely cut it out. If I stall, I'll eliminate it. I'm staying off the scale for at least another 2 weeks and just judging by how my clothes fit.
