I know kiefer rarely recommends doing bodyweight exercises, as they are not optimal for tGLUT translocation, but have any of you noticed better results with including things like burpees, pushups, or dips with you regular CBL training?

There can be some benefit such as being able to use your body, plus things like pull-ups, dip, and handstand push ups could be used fairly well. I use BW ring work for shoulder healthy and stability purposes.

It's relative to your strength, I think. If someone can only do 8 pushups, that's a pretty high intensity for that person to do 3 sets of 8 or something, so I'd imagine there would still be some MTR going on. Edit: I should note that I'm using "intensity" to mean a weight relative to someone's max. So if I can squat 500, 450 is high intensity, but 250 is not. Same with the example above. If someone can only do 8 pushups, clearly they're moving a lot of weight for their current capabilities.

As intensity come in the game, i think you can do intense BW exercises. But for hypertrophy, it could be a little longer.
