Hello.I've been doing Heavy Duty for CBL for a few months and have seen awesome results.  I plan on riding the wave as long as it lasts, but with all things in life it will come to an end.I'd like to get some opinions on how long Heavy Duty can be a viable lifting routine AND what would be some suggestions for routines after.  I'd say my knowledge of weight training is somewhere around intermediate for some background.Any help would be greatly appreciated!

As long as you get results with it.  I'd consider doing a strength program for a month or two though to change it up.  Then you could probably start over again.

Any recommendations on a strength routine.  Just as an example even to work off of?

5/3/1 would probably work nicely.  You could probably just do a cycle of that and return back to heavy duty.

Cool.  Thanks!  Would you suggest staying with CBL for diet?

Look up MADCOW training.  There is a free spreadsheet you can download from their site.  It's basically a 5×5 workout with increasing weight every week.  You squat, bench/military press, dead/row 3 x a week.  Its great if you're looking to get ripped and big and strong.  If you're a bodybuilder (and I am) you need a little more isolation work so I do a traditional split.  But I threw this in for a couple weeks just to shock my body and I loved it!
