I've heard that DHA is superior to EPA.  Would it be wise to supplement with a pure DHA supplement along with my fish oil?

Its wise to supplement with a combined total of 5g for EPA and DHA

Yea I'm getting that but like 67% of it is EPA and I heard DHA is superior.  So I was wondering if supplementing pre DHA with my fish oil I'm already taking would benefit?

DHA is “superior” because our body will efficiently convert DHA into EPA on an as-needed basis. However, our bodies have a very rough, and inefficient time of converting EPA into DHA.As for your direct question; it's probably minutiae and I wouldn't worry about it. Some people here don't even consider the fish oil necessary.
