So I found it pretty easy the first week and the first carb nite.I lost 6 lbs in the first week and was stoked...but i gained all it back after my carb nite???? really depressed me.lunch was my carb meal and I had about 4 cups of fried rice in a lower fat meal. Then I had a tub of popcorn at a movie. I had some candy and a few cookies later on in the nite...Too much sugar? Maybe to much overall Carbs for a CB?2nd week, I am right back at it, but am feeling more hungry this week.
How the hell?! I have a hard time cramming in 1.5-2c!!And yeah, ignore the scale. Of course you're going to gain weight after your CN, you're refilling your muscles. As long as your average trend is downward (in BF, not even necessarily weight), you're good to go.
