Hey beefcakes!Anyone have recommendations on crazy strength programs... y'know, say you had unlimited time to train and recover, what's some of the best strength-building programs out there? I'm thinking along the lines of strongman meets powerlifting meets functional strength meets conditioning stuff...The new gym I'm switching to for a while is more along the lines of raw weights and power... sandbags, battle-ropes, prowler-sled, squat racks, bumper plates, yoke bar, some dumbbells, some kettlebells, reverse hyper machine, but not really any other machines.And if not a program, what are some of the must-do, biggest bang-for-your-buck strength-gain activities or approaches that you're familiar with?THANKS!!!! w00t w00t motherfathers!
