Natalia WorthingtonMember39 year old female here. 5'8″ tall and 156 lbs in weight. Just got done with Strong Lifts 5x5. Got some muscles and a bit fat with it:) Somewhere right above 23%. Looking to get to a comfortable 15%BF. I got a gym in my garage with barbells, plates and squat rack, plus lots of dumbbells. What are you guys doing as far as training while doing CNS?Thanks. Oh and I am only on day#2 of prep phase.Sent from iPad

SpatzModeratorWelcome! As far as what we do with training on the CN diet I would suggest perusing through the member logs and checking them out! There are quite a few ladies on here that post their workouts on the CN diet. I personally just now started working out in my CN diet and I've been doing it for a few months now. I go four days ULC and the fifth night high carb low fat. (Traditional to the book) So day 1, the day after carb-nite, I am doing a fasted HIIT in the morning and then eating like regular (ULC). Day 2 I do some body weight exercises to help with balance and form. Day 3 is my rest day. Day 4 is the second half of my body weight exercises. Day 5 (CARB-NITE!) I do some lifting for an hour about 3-4o'clock and then start my carb-nite immediately after. Then I repeat. Later once I feel pretty happy with my body weight I'll start adding more lifting and less body.Again, welcome! -Don't just take what one or two people say/do, go look at the logs and see what will work well in your schedule and for your body.
