dropped 50lbs on CNS.looking to put it back on but in muscle over time.i dont have the book(CBL), was wondering if anyone could help me transition?my current stats:257 19% BFCompetitive Powerlifter. (Benchpress truthfully)
Its a good idea to purchase the book so you can read and understand the science behind CBL. Personally I find it rude and disrespectful to come on here (when to be honest all you have to do is search the forums and various sites for your answer) asking for a free handout of the book. (In a way you are) While we do NOT mind helping those with questions, most of the time the question has been answered, claiming to not have the book and then asking for help is rude to the owner. Just my opinion.
