I get horrible sleep after carb ups, soemtimes heart racing.  My understanding is that after periods of ULC, when I have high-carb meals, the body overproduces insulin, and brings blood sugar waay down.  May have something to do with adrenaline release as well.  Anyone else experience this?  How can I avoid that?

i'd try less carb meals.. maybe just two high carb meals low in fat.. see if that works out better for you…oops meant to add then have some fat before bed.. like bacon or something.. doing this may help

Personally I'd just up the fat in your last meal. Will sustain blood sugar levels a little bit.
