I'm a 175lb guy 14.5-15.5 bf workout anywhere from 5-7 times a week the latter being pretty rareAnywho is there any benefit to say 2 larger backloads at about 300g versus small ones (100-150) 6 times a weekOr even larger 200-250 along side with smaller 100-125 combinedMy Brain would tell me less frequency would work better assuming fat loss is the goal, but I also read about the weekly deficits and wonder if it makes any difference at allFat loss is the goal btw, also if body recomp was the goal which would be best?

If fat loss is the goal, then you could just backload PWO each time you train BUT only backload to your LBM. So being 175 say your LBM is 150 (giver take), then you'll backload towards that amount. <150g. But you need to experiment, especially with fat loss being the goal. Could just go with CNS if anything. 2 back loads a week is borderline CNS and CBL

Thanks yea I haven't had a rest in a week and I had been trying to keep it low under 150 for sure, my lady is just now trying her hand at back loading so I may try to tune my frequency to hers and wondering how I should adjust
