Hi All,First post so a bit of background I suppose...Male167cm73kg (160lb)strength training since March 2013 following Stronglifts 5x5 program.Training Tues/Thur/Sat AM fasted training every week.currently approx 13% BFOkay, so was on Carbnite, started to stall and so have been doing CBL SA for approx 4 weeks.  I started off being really careful with my carb backloads (the night before training), having approx 200g or less carbs, was not really doing anything for fat loss or strength.  I then stumbled across the following topic in this forum...http://athlete.io/forum/index.php?topic=2555.0...and thought "what have I got to lose?" and so for two weeks I have been having approx 500g carbs each backload.  Crazy thing is my weight is going down, and am feeling tighter.  My strength in the gym, while not reduced, is not increasing as I expected though, and I was considering trialling backloading the evening of my training, so a typical training day would be...05.00  train08.00 PWO shake (no carbs)09.00 ignition shake13.00 ULC meal18.00 BACKLOADMy question is, has anyone any experience in backloading for AM fasted training like this, as opposed to the suggested night before.  Bear in mind that I am not training on back to back days.Any and all thoughts welcome, I am also interested to try upping my carbs some more - always space for more homemade banana muffins!Cheers,  Jon
