I've asked on Kiefer's FB page and had no responses yet so I'm trying here. I've read and heard Kiefer several times talk about helping your body become more “inefficient” through different techniques to mobilize and burn body fat. As an example, using the coffee and nicotine protocol, HIIT training, etc. My question is, has anyone seen any research or have any knowledge about using a wet or dry hot sauna as a potential thermogenic tool to be used to further the effects of creating body inefficiency for the purpose of helping body fat lose?The other side of the question is how about ice baths?Thanks
