    Yeah read the creatine articles. Its not ideal to mix caffeine with creatine

    I got all the ingredients for the pwo shake that keifer recommends.....omg! I almost puked...nastiest thing ive ever tasted haha.

    Its my understanding that those recommendations have changed. I very well could be wrong (someone please correct me if i am) though, but I thought that the views of mixing Caffeine and Creatine had been changed to being a not so good idea.

    it was my first time taking this shake with all the ingredients...I kid you not...since I drank it ive been feeling woozy and it felt like I was gonna faint....

    I believe training completely nullifies any negative effect caffeine can have on creatine absorption. That’s what I was referring to when I outlined the interactions with GLUT4.
