Anyone like banana as a part of their post workout for a cleaner sugar?Not really a sugar fan... my backloads typically utilize jasmine or white rice and purple potatoes... but i recently found a frozen banana I had previously frozen I don't know how many moons ago... lolanyone use these little guys?!?
Do you mean post-workout as in .. I just racked my last dumbell.. or about 1 hour when u get home and you are eating your first meal?fast absorbing protein (hydrosylates) paired with Carbs with low osmolality/higher molecular weight is obviously more ideal.. i'm not big on fruit sugar but i'm sure it's ok. may not be optimal... but will suffice
