what %body fat should I be able to get to with CNS and lifting weights?

    well, since I haven't loss any more weight for about a month and haven't been to the gym in that long. I plan on monday going back to how I was doing the diet originally. no art sweetners, no nuts and gym at least once a week. Hopefully that will get my back in the right direction.
