Trying to combine principles of both diets.ULC before workouts and on off days: Bulletproof coffee, Grass fed beef, Organic Chicken, Lots of Veg and a lot of grass fed butter/CO.Clean backloads the day before workouts and sometimes after hard lifting days (Currently 5/3/1 2 day split with heavy conditioning with prowler and HIIT): white rice, sweet potatoes, ripe bananas and sometimes some dark chocolate.My question is with Bulletproof diet principles you should get most of calories from healthy fats.My protein intake has been low lately. (I weigh close to 200 lbs and get anywhere from 75-150 grams of protein and usually alot more of fat)Has anyone had any luck in losing some body fat while still maintaining/gaining strength combining both principles?
