rgil24012GuestWell I see the charts and follow the concepts, I think. I currently weigh 203. 18% body fat. I want to get to 8 to 10 %. And bulk up. Pre carb meal caloriez would be 790 by the chart. But do i get 790 pre carb calories eating lettuce and such.. Fat? I dont mean to be a painjust alot to process. Seems basic to read but.not sure to apply practically

+1 This. I have this page bookmarked on chrome and it takes me directly to the Recent Threads. I tend to start out my day (or end it, depending on my schedule) with going through all the recent threads and ingesting the new knowledge people have divulged. Don't worry about the acronyms and jargon you don't understand yet, keep reading and you will. Just recently I was lost on DB and SA. "What are people talking about??? Why don't they just say it!" Well, turns out they were just saying it, I just wasn't connecting the two. (SA - Strength Accumulation, DB - Density Bulking)If you don't understand something, the search function is a wonderful asset to use as BigTex first mentioned, and just think about what you don't understand for a day and for me I generally find the meaning to it within the hourG'luck!
