A little advice needed, please –I'm currently at 12.9% bf and I'm now looking to stay lean and bulk up a bit. The only time I can really train is at around 10-10:30am. Would it be better to train fasted with maybe a pre workout shake/caffeine etc and PWO shake, stay ULC all day and CBL that night? Or do I eat ULC beforehand and have a PWO shake/stay ULC all day and CBL that night? How effective is this as my training is probably at the worst possible time for CBL  🙁Many thanks in advance!

I would have black coffee upon waking, do a pre workout (coffee and caffeine), train, have a PWO Shake, eat a ULC lunch or two, and have a ULC dinner or a carb dinner if you plan to train the next morning.

Thanks, man! Do you recommend just the one high carb/GI meal? I've read the book, it's just a little unclear on the mid morning thing.

It depends. You could do a low fat carb meal, then a high fat carb meal. Or do what most folks do and have a carb(s) meal of what they want. Normally a pizza or cheeseburger seems to do well. Even a breakfast type meal consisting of beef (sausage or steak or similar) eggs, hashbrowns, biscuits, pancake/waffles is a good choice. Due to the addition of fats, it'll be hard to go overboard on carbs. Which will help make you feel better than evening, and following day.
