Howsit, first time poster. I've been seeing good results so far but im a little confused on when to consume carbs. I strength train 3 times a week (M/W/F) with some hill sprints on tues and sat. Im just wondering if your supposd to consume carbs the night before your strength training or post workout? Keifer mentioned in a article that you could load the night before but it seems everywere else ive looked the norm seems to be loading AFTER training. Im currently loading the nights before i train.Would appreciate some input, Thanks

Why the M/W/F split? Just curious. You would probably be better off doing M/T/W and backload PWO instead of off days. Your BL'ing right for your split. But i personally think that switching your routine to allow for a BL Post Training for the next days training is optimum.

Just follow the book and backload PWO. If you need the extra glycogen stores for the training next day and the evening is an off day then do a small backload.

Curently running madcow 5×5, so squatting 3 x week. Im more so wondering if there would be a major difference in changing from how im doing it now to PWO (ie performence increase/decrease.)

It more matters what time of day you're training. If you're training in the evening, backload after your workouts. If you're training in the morning/afternoon, backload the night before.
