I go for mouth surgery this afternoon and may be forced to survive on a liquid diet for a few days. The first meal of the day is easy, just coffee with heavy cream and coconut oil. After that I plan on protein shakes with a little Green Superfood mixed in to try and meet some nutritional needs. On a normal day I try to consume around 175 grams of protein and 125 grams of fat. I know I can get my needed protein from the shakes, but besides adding additional CO does anyone have suggestions for fat? Thanks!
I've had oral surgery twice this year and still ate some semi-solid foods like bacon and ground beef. But mine was one-sided so I could carefully chew with the other side. Cheese was fine too.
