Hey everybody! 😀My "stats": 5'7, 21 year old male @ 150lbs. Goal bodyfat is 12-13%, my inaccurate electrical impulse-scale says I'm 18%, but I'd reckon I'm 20-22%. I started out at 199lbs a couple of years ago with my weight loss journey. I have so far lost 9lbs on CN and I love it since my energy levels haven't dropped, the downside? I can get a bit moody with only 0-5 carbs a day (or it's just an excuse and I'm an asshole at heart).I've done maybe... 5-6 carb nites now. My best one so far has been one where I did not follow the blueprint very well at all. I had some tacos and 300g of Toblerone. That was really it, and it made me feel hot, like all hell, I have not been able to recreate that feeling since to such a degree, I've felt hot but not like that, that one made me uncomfortable. It was one of my first ones, so maybe that had something to do with it?Just wanted to know what you might suggest me to eat. Chocolate seemed to really do the job for me, so should I stick with that? Haven't seen that many here eat it.What meal should I start out my carb nite with? Last time I had a lot of rice and some groundbeef with carby taco-spicemix in a tortilla, and after that 1/4 pizza. Any suggestions on macros for the first meal that you've found effective? Been looking around the forums a lot and finally figured I'd ask you guys directly for some advice.Thanks! 🙂
