    I am currently 202# 16.9% body fat. Wanna get to 210 lean muscle. Finding it hard to eat 850 low csrd calories … Ideas … Have read posts still unclear

    What do you mean by 210 lean muscle?  What bodyfat percentage are you aiming for?

    So you want to be 210 lbs at 8-10% BF? Cuz that's a HUGE difference from having 210lbs of lean body mass, which is how your first post seems to read..Also, are you finding hard to stay under the 850 cal, or hard to get to it? Do you train in the evening?

    Yes that transformation will take a VERY long time.  You need to lose 13 lbs of fat and gain 22 lbs of muscle.  Even if you are a newb, that will take at least a year and a half.  If you been lifting for more than a year, it will take at least 2 years.
