hi,do you guys thing that eating (close to) zero carbs on ulc is better than trying to eat the 30 gr? and if you think that they are important - does is matter how i eat them? thx
most of my ulc days i am close to zero carbs but not losing any weight since 3 weeks…. but i guess the protein action is too high (what i read around here…). so i try to get more fat and less protein…
