Protein shake post workout on prep phase

    Hi everybody!Is it OK to drink only protein (2 scoops) after your workouts on a prep phase? I'm asking because protein alone can raise insuline. Thank you for answers!

    You don't need 2 scoops, 20-25g in total is fine.And yes, a PWO shake is a good thing
