Reorientation and extending CN

    Hi all – I am on day 10 of my reorientation phase, which I started after coming back from vacation. I originally wanted to wait until this Saturday to have my CN since weekends are way more fun and since we go out to eat on the weekends, it is just an optimal time for CN. By doing this, it would have taken me to night 13. My trainer suggested that I have 80-100g tonight (day 10) and then have my regular CN on Saturday (day 13), and that I should definitely be back in ketosis before then. I do not discredit her opinion, but wanted to see if anyone else out there had experience with this and might offer their personal experience or suggestions. Thanks!

    Personally I'd cut any training down for the next three days, then the third day go train some lagging parts and I would kick off a CN after that. That's me. You could just continue for a bit longer.

    Well tomorrow (Thurs) is the last day I can train until Monday since I will be going out of town on Friday… So I was thinking since I had some carbs tonight, then train light in the gym tomorrow followed up with some HIIT. That should deplete my system well before Saturday eve… Right?
