Hi all – I am on day 10 of my reorientation phase, which I started after coming back from vacation. I originally wanted to wait until this Saturday to have my CN since weekends are way more fun and since we go out to eat on the weekends, it is just an optimal time for CN. By doing this, it would have taken me to night 13. My trainer suggested that I have 80-100g tonight (day 10) and then have my regular CN on Saturday (day 13), and that I should definitely be back in ketosis before then. I do not discredit her opinion, but wanted to see if anyone else out there had experience with this and might offer their personal experience or suggestions. Thanks!
