Hey I have been doing CN for almost 9 weeks now. My strength is totally in the toilet. I benched 275 at the start of the diet, and could barely get 225 for 2 a couple days ago. I am eating just about the same amount of food during the week as the beginning of the diet, but I have been eating more during my carb nite. this hasn't seemed to help anything. In the first 5 weeks I went from 175 to 163. In the last 4 I have only dropped to 161. My boyfriend went from 286 to 263 in the first 5 and has also only dropped 2 more since then, and he is also feeling very weak as well. We were both great up to the 4-5 week point, when our training started to noticeably go downhill.I am wondering if anyone else does any sort of micro cycles, like 4-6 weeks on CN, and then a week or two off? I am planning to try doing this, doing 2 weeks of CBL in between 4-6 of CN. We will be competing again in May so we need to get it figured so we're not weak as kittens during our meet training and competition.

Check out all of Mark Bell's and Jesse Burdick's stuff on using CNS. Maybe you'll find a key in there that you're missing..

I have been eating as much or more than he has listed in the meal plan sections for someone over 150lbs. I will look for Mark Bell's stuff. I have watched a few of his videos where he talks about the diet and he really doesn't go into much detail in the ones I have seen, but I'm obviously not finding the right ones.
