Hey guys,The subject in question seems a bit daft, but I am starting to ponder how I should actually feel during the reorientation phase while being on CNS. I have been on it since Thursday and I am feeling rather good. Not great, I do experience occasional dizziness, lack of energy, I am not as sharp mentally as I tend to be, ect. I think my body temparature is increased too (hot flashes). That said, I have read other people's stories about how shit they felt while being on this phase, and my overall experience is rather different. I do shockwave, and my workouts are good. I sweat a bit (which hardly ever happens so that's different). I have experiened dizziness once only, while doing deadlift. Interestingly, I did it today, and pulled 90% of my max (1rep and had not deadlifted for 2 months). Hmmm, that's great, but should I be deadlifting this much while being on reorientation phase? My stats: Weight: 158.7 pounds Height: 5.9Goal: Get to 8-10%Bf% - Around 17% but...I call myself skinny-fat. It is the first  time I have excluded carbs completly from my diet. Kiefer did mention that skinny-fats tend to get great results while being on CNS (body composition wise, wieght is not likely to change). My typical diet:6 AM: coffee, creatine, coconut butter/MCT oil, butter (change it to see how i react to different forms of fat). MCT the worst in taste, but a great workout afterwards.7.30 - PWO shake: creatine, leucine, whey11 - chicken breast, tomato, flaxseed oil, yellow cheese13 - cottege cheese with  flaxseed oil17 - Fiber (spoonful of Colon C)20 - Tuna with some veg (little though)I also chew some almonds or pumpkin seeds. As I counted, I am on around 1300-1500kcal a day, the lowest I have ever been with limited side-effects. Throughout the day I also consume some Omega-3 pills, magnesium, zinc, vitamin D, and multivitamin. I am on HOT-ROX Extreme as well. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! Cheers!

Generally (not everyone) the pattern seems to goNormal --> Dogcrap --> GreatWith possible transitioning between there. You're only on day 3. Give it time.

Thanks TCB! Much appreciated! I am actually feeling even better now so I suppose no 'Dogcrap' for me. Anyway, I am off to squat a bit tomorrow and will see whether this will shake things up a bit.

I'm already on my second week of CNS.  Reorientation was rough for me.  I honestly didn't realize how much of my intake was of carbs.  Anyways, how did I feel?Slow!  Days 3-4 I noticed I was very clouded, was having issues thinking quickly for work.  No real headache at all. Days 5-7 I felt ok.  I'm deployed and on TWO ULC programs.  Ultra low carbs and ultra low cussing, makes this sailor very annooyed at times!  Plus my food options very sparse.I don't eat any later than 6pm and don't start eating again until 11am.  I only drink black coffee, usually 3 cups a day.  Two in the morning one in the afternoon. I munch on almonds here and there.  And I kill water, at least 8 22oz bottles a day.  BEST of luck!

Chalm – thats a lot of coffee! :)) Thanks guys. Nine days have passed, first carbnite is nearly there! Overall, very interesting experience and rather smooth. I have read somewhere here about the Hulk Factor..I think I experienced it today. I was smashing everything I touched, feeling absolutely amazing! I hope the feeling will return more often:)Cheers!
