TriniechuMemberSo I had my carb nite last night! Woke up this morning feeling great, went to the gym did my lifting and exercises that my trainer have planned for me (mostly strength training). After that I did light jogging on the treadmill and overall i burned 911 calories (according to my heart rate monitor.)I got home made breakfast and had a protein shake. Now I logged everything in and I ate about 825 cals. Usually my breakfast is about 600+ calories. I also usually don't exercise until later on in the afternoon, so thats when i have my protein shake. But I woke up earlier than usual and went to the gym really early, so I included my shake with my breakfast.Do you guys think my calories are too high in the morning? You think I should keep it lower that 600+ cals? Or even keep it lower if i go to the gym in the morning? Should I cut out my protein shakes?I usually have 2 eggs and I cook it with coconut oil. I have a chicken sausage or 2 slices of bacon. I have a zero carb protein shake and add 2 tbsp of almond butter. What do you guys think? Thank you so much in advance guys! 🙂

TCBParticipantPersonal opinion:::Don't worry about it. I saw your last progress pictures and whatever you're doing is working well. So don't worry about the little stuff until you hit a wall. ;D

Richard SchmittModeratorYou'll be completely fine. You're hungry then eat up!

SpatzModeratorExactly what these fellows said, I wouldn't stress about it. The eggs are the only things that have carbs and that's very minute(small) amount. It's also after you workout? Even less to worry about! Like TBC said, don't worry until you hit a plateau or start stalling.

THISThe only time i make changes is when something stops working - so if you are seeing results then i'd stick it out for a while - as long as your training changes you can eat consistently and get results.
