Couldn't agree more – since starting my raw potato starch experiment, having ACV daily and raw milk in backloads I've definitely noticed improvement in my mood, and just been feeling better.

funny i'm doing almost the exact same thing.. potato starch in my afternoon shake, ACV at night before bed and I use fermented oats during my backloads
I've got a huge tub of potato starch from TN? Is this the same stuff or what exactly which PS is needed?
there's different kinds of potato starch.. resistant starch is the one you want for gut health.. the other regular stuff is good for spiking insulingenerally resistant starch will show as "raw" or "unmodified" in the description
