I've been having coffee with a tablespoon or so of coconut oil on the side every morning…BUT…I've been adding unsweetened almond milk to the coffee. It's 2 carbs for 1 cup and I've been having about 1/3 cup. Would this amount of carbs stop the morning fat burn?
Hey, also look at your almond milk selection again next time you're in the store. I get Silk unsweetened vanilla almond milk and it has <1 carb per cup. Generally most stores will have the Silk brand since its kind of big now.Give it a shot next time 🙂
I always have a little almond milk in my morning coffee. It's the blue diamond unsweetened version, 0.2g carbs per 100ml and I have at most 25ml. Alpro do one that's even lower at 0.1g/100ml, which are you using?
