Sorry if this has been answered…I searched the forums and found nothing. I have a carb nite scheduled to begin around 3 or 4, but won't be able to train until about 5:30. I don't really want to delay until post-workout as that will make a late night of my 6-8 hour spike. What would happen if I started my carb nite about 3 and trained during the carb nite at 5:30?
I would not think you'll honestly get any good or bad benefit by lifting mid CN. (My money is towards the former) Why not just do something prior to or just schedule for the day after? Wouldn't make sense to have the CN scheduled to start at 3 but wouldn't train until later.
