I read kiefers guide fur creatin and it left me somewhat confused. Maybe you can help. I have my carb nite on Fridays. I train with 5/3/1 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Friday as well as Saturday. Saturday after wakeup I do HIIT. Leg training the same day usually takes place in the afternoon. I currently weigh in at about 125 kg so I figured 10g of creatin should be the right amount to take before and after training. But what should I do on off days? And should I time creatin differently in Saturday due to the hiit?
You can take creatine pretty much anytime, except with caffeine. This rule is only voided peri-workout.So, you could include 5g creatine everytime you eat, pre-workout, and PWO.
