Stats - Male - 21 - 183cm - 180lb - bf just above 10%. Looking to get ripped then later on switch to cbl. Just wanted get a 6 pack.Meal plan - 530 wake 6am - 3tbps mct, 50g butter coffee10am 1 chicken fillet 1 broccoli with 4 slices of broccoli12 - 2 cans of Tina with some cucumber2pm - same as the 10 o'clock meal3 - coffee4 till 5 - train6-630 - 3 -4 strips of bacon with 4 eggs with a cucumber8 - protein shake 30g

    Nutrition looks good, but any reason you're doing a bro split?

    I feel comfortable doing a split but I'm still unsure about which program to take on and stick to so I keep tweaking and tweaking. What would you recommend? I want todo SL 5×5 but I also want more definition on my body. I want the aesthetic look so I try incorporate my workout routine with  lazar angelov or zyzz's routine because that's the type of physique I would like

    SL 5×5 is a really good one to start with. I would stay on this program for at least a year while eating a steady 300-500 calorie surplus. Once you have packed on some muscle you could then go on a cut. Having a low bf % is what will give you the aesthetic look, provided you have decent genetics. You have to realise that Lazar and Zyzz are/were heavily enhanced so trying to copy their training etc. will be of no use unless you are also on drugs. It's a different ball game for natural lifters. You can still have a fantastic physique, it will just take longer to achieve it.

    Okay cool. Thanks for the feedback. There just two people with a physique that I would like to get close to. I don't want to be this big massive guy. Just jacked and ripped! Just wanted to make sure my program was suitable for how I want to build my body since I'm still a newbie on the right track.Thanks for your help! Appreciate it
