    hi againi am following the 1:.5 ration that according to my target weight is 160gr protein 75gr fatthat gets up to 1300cl per daybut i am still hungry sometimeswhat can i eat in order to feel full?

    Up water intake. Up those macros for the day to feel content, and even add some veggies. But you should be swapping the fat and protein macros. Not the other way around.

    Can he keep the protein 1g/lbs of target weight and fill the rest of the calories with fat?

    As would I..I'd go up to ~160 pro/~120 fat and see if that makes a difference.
