How about in quantities less than 1 tbs? There appear to be other health benefits to cinnamon. Is it better to leave it out of the back load, completely? Or, smaller qty is fine?i.e. does a small amount blunt the insulin sensitivity a small amount and a large quantity blunts it a lot? Or, does the blunting only kick in at 1 tbs? Looking at it another way, is it a straight line or curved effect vs qty?
