TCBParticipantDoesn't really look bad at all.I think you'd be better off doing your morning HIIT before the AM accelerator, though.Also, PWO shouldn't have any carbs in it (you don't say whether it does or not)And a question.. why are you taking caffiene at 5:30pm?! If I did that I wouldn't sleep worth a damn.

I can fall asleep real easy haha no idea whyIll give the HIIT a try before my AM accelerator next time though. Also my HIIT is more intense and uptempo than the one given in the book, as I'm preparing for rugby season (3 weeks away).PWO20G whey isolate20g dextrose (sometimes 20g waxy maize)20g casein isolate5 g creatinepinch of caffeine1 TBSP of MCT oil3g leucinesmall gatorade used to mix with

got it. I kept making it based off of the PWO from the book. so no dextrose, waxy maize, gatorade?my whey isolate and casein are zero carbs. Do I need to start over?

Gatorade sucks and really has no place anywhere. I believe in the book it says if you work out in the mid-day, exclude all carbs from your PWO shake.

I'm not going to have any carbs in it any more. I was only using gatorade for flavor as well as the carbs.

got it. Ill be able to skip over the first 3 days due to HIIT so ill be good.Thanks for ll the advice guys. Big help. I wanna do things correct
