i always did the keto diet for weeks, and would stall after i got down to 5 or 6 percent, always that lil bit that would keep me from ultimate success, i switched to cns, and have been sittn at just over 5% for 4 weeks, and have slowly incorporated 2 to 3 carbnites a week, before heavy quad training and heavy deadlift training, 2 ulc after, and i see no effects at all, and the details that i have had issues for years of refining are coming in, its accepting the fact that everyones response is dif, and you have to try and see..
