I have found I feel tighter after pounding some ben and jerrys vs. some triple low fat bunny foo foo organic rice cream 🙂

Just gotta say Tanner, I'm glad you started posting here again    😀

As far as the ice cream goes, people may have differing opinions but I have found I feel tighter after pounding some ben and jerrys vs. some triple low fat bunny foo foo organic rice cream 🙂

I didn't mean any bunny foo foo organic rice cream, hahaha... I was just curious if I should be saving more stomach real estate for carbs and therefore kinda limit fats  😉

Ice cream is the best, I feel awesome when backloading from it. Sadly, I can only eat 1-2 times a week because I get acne from dairy.

Seems very close to the “triple low fat bunny foo foo organic rice cream” category, hahaha…

    BOOM!http://www.turtlemountain.com/products/coconut-milk-ice-creams

I'm not a fan of then because they have agave syrup, I really can be sure how much of the sugar is agave which is a waste for what we want to accomplish, plus that could be loads of fructose very quickly.

Yes…thus why I have to stop eating it and realized it is probably the reason for the continued bloat. I posted up on Homemade Coconut Ice Cream in the Foods! Section of CBL.

When you speak of "real estate" I assume you mean "room in the stomach".  A pint of the lighter stuff, is still equal in volume to the ben and jerry's I stated. As far as coconut milk ice cream, I have had that before and its good stuff.  Kiefer has stated he has coconut milk ice cream, and he's on the opposite side of the spectrum of bunny foo foo, so i think you're safe :).

I prefer having a half-gallon of lower fat ice cream myself, because a pint of B&J doesn't take enough room in my belly. In fact, I tend to shoot for things that are as filling as possible when back-loading, just to make it last a bit. Last time I had a box of Oreos, a box of cinnamon rolls and a half-gallon of cappuccino frozen yogurt to top it off. Constantly trying to find combos that will make me feel fuller, and those cinnamon rolls from the bakery next door are ridiculously big/dense. Cookies are a bit too easy to eat, same goes for ice cream unless I'm eating a half-gallon or more. I rarely take more than an hour to eat everything, dinner included. Oh yeah, angel cakes are useless fluffy sponges unless absolutely drenched in something heavy like chocolate sauce or maple butter. Bagels are wayyy more filling.Back to the topic, I feel giving myself a time limit to back-load is mandatory to limit chances of royally screwing up, but if you are not used to eating large meals already, you may need to stretch things out a bit.

Pete…reading some other posts I read that you were vegetarian?  Is that correct? If that is the case I didn't mean to be breaking your balls on the veggie burger...my bad :).  I just didn't see that in the thread (I may have missed it though).

All good, my man. I'm used to it, especially in the lifting community.Mildly put, being a vegetarian is being frowned upon.Maybe I can put a lot of hot sauce on my veggie burger to "man it up" a little bit  ;D

I'm not here to judge and we all have our different beliefs and what we choose to do.  Now that we have that out of the way:http://www.firehotsauces.com/wohohotsa.htmlEat up :).
