I've been density bulking for 3 weeks now… for a while my strength skyrocketed but latelly I haven't been able to lift as much as usual…what could I be doing wrong? And what kind of results do you think someone could achieve if the spent one week density bulking and the next doing that other one… (the one that gets you ripped, forgot what it was called) and alternating every week?
You could be not eating enough for the type of training or you could not being training properly. You could run Strength Accumulation every other week or just do SA and not do DB.
