    I won't be able to work out much for the next couple of weeks.  Maybe one heavy lifting session per week+some HIIT/Sprinting a few times.  Should I continue with my regular CBL routine (3-4 BL per week), or transition over to CNS?

    Yep- Glycogen levels wouldn't be depleted so no point loading with additional carbs
