Just bought Bret Contreras's latest manual 2×4: maximum strength. I've done all the workouts from strong curves so I'm excited for something new from him. Has anyone else bought it? Seems a little confusing at first!
I'm more interested than ace. I almost sprung on it. I couldn't pull the trigger though without knowing what kind of time commitment it would be.
