    On the days that I weight train is it an issue to goOver the usable carbs a little.

    Yes. Stay as low as you can. The book says less than 30. Less than 10 is better. The less carbs you get the easier your body will be able to stay in ketogenesis. So definitely don't go over 30, but staying as low as possible is better.

    x2It is also important that you do not group all those usable carbs at one feeding because that will potentially cause the insulin spike, slowing fat burning for the rest of the day.
