and I am not even exercising yet. My next lifting session is tomorrow. Just had a tilapia fillet, 2 slices of bacon and 2 eggs. an hour later I am so freakin' HOT you can light up your cigarette off of me:) LOL In the CBL book Keifer talks about heat and sweats happening after carb night/carb back loading ... Any guesses? Thanks. My AC is on all the time now, and all the family members are wearing jackets inside:))))
Day 5 of ULC on the prep phase of CNS… and last night I was so cold at night I had to sleep wearing a sweater. Temp inside – 76F. Could things be slowing down metabolically speaking? Should I have a carb night or should I go tru 9 days? I am not really hungry thru the day either. Thanks. Sent from my iPhone
Go through the whole prep phase, or else later if your weight loss isn't going as well as you think it should instead of looking at your macros or your intake, you're going to be wondering; “Is this not working because I didn't do the full 10 prep days???” It'll just add one more unknown to the list. I would highly suggest go the full 10 days! (Even if you may not need to, it's good to be safe.)
This early on, it's probably just your body adapting. You'll find relief after you do have your first CN, and if the coldness returns, it hopefully won't be nearly as bad or last as long. And will eventually stop happening.
