Well, made it through the 4th of July weekend. Didn't go crazy and did stick with the specifics for a few days, but otherwise food choices weren't bad. Had grilled fish, squid and some other things. All in all, felt ok and even ran and hit the gym. Now back to Monday and killing it again! My question is, i guess I can assume it was normal to put on water weight from sodium intake over the weekend? Cause I was 191 prior to leaving and came back around 198. Like I said too, I didn't get plates, but just picked around the food. I feel as though this is just being bloated and not staying super strict like before. My plan was to cut back on my BL intake this week. Normally, I consume between 250-300g/backload. Thoughts?
