    Overall max.Example: First cycle- 1RM is 250Second cycle - 1RM is 260etc

    If you have an iPhone, there's an app called Big Lifts that does all the calculations for you and keeps track of each cycle.  It's very useful, even calculating warm up sets and reload weeks.
