This is a comparison between what I was lifting w/b 30/07/2012 and w/e 09/09/2012 (so roughly 6 weeks training)It's a little haphazard due to dropping the bench press and front squat in the second cycle. But there are strength increases all round despite doing carb nite in the second cycle from the second week on.All in all I'm very happy with the results and I'm looking forward to cycle 3.
