Obviously I'm sitting here counting the minutes until I get to gorge my fat little stomach.  Is 5PM too early for the clean-carbs? (I know the good stuff is advised to come later)-Adam

I would think so, it falls in the optimal time for CBL and allows for 6 hours without staying up all damn night.

I assume you meant to say you would think so?

I kick off at 4pm, usually (see page 216 in the CNS book -- a 4pm example).  I run CN for ~6-8 hours, or until I cannot eat anymore and want to puke.  Hasn't hindered my progress a bit.Usually the first meal is more carb-oriented, and later meals get heavier and heavier.Cory

Me too... I start at 4 (sometimes at 3) but I never get a full 6 hours in.  I try to fight through it but I never get past 5 hours.

Yeah... you'll eventually start planning out your carbnite as if it were your birthday.  For me, I start thinking about it 2, sometimes 3, days before Carbnite.

I go until an hour before bedtime, which means my CN will end by 12am, sometimes 1am... so, I do, sometimes, go beyond 8 hours of carbing -- but not by much.  However, I am dying by those last carb feedings.  I also, often, vomit into my mouth when I burp... gross, but true. That said, I tend to space my feedings out every 1-2 hours (generally 2).  Makes room for the next food load.  HAHA.Cory
