I have always had a problem with being overweight I finally decided to do something about my eating habits and found myself losing on a standard healthy diet plan but then I hit a plateau.My roommate was trying CNS and was having good success so I had him fill me in on the program.It sounded like just what I needed so I decided to give it a try. So far I have been happy with the results I have now started losing again and even more so I have noticed a slimming in my thighs and stomach and arms 🙂 I am looking forward to my 7th carb night and being able to get additional advice and help tweaking the program for women.
